I think voice changer is not recommended to use at KR server(just afraid this one count as illegal program).I found KR server actively keep banning player permanently who use illegal program lately (not so much player get banned). They actually can scan and check the whole server abnormal gameplay of no. of players,about 2k ++.

Anything that modify the client should included as Illegal Things (Just read their ToS)
Also are you sure the banned player using voice changer ?
If they using hacks of course they could detect the abnormal, BUT AFAIK they dont.
Unless the cheater / hacker were blantant use in public.
Also modify the voice usually harmless. Just does change .ogg make you have a speedhack ?
Since I only play at Elsword Japan, never worry about those things. Just pre-caution for who use this program.

I dont feel irritated or mad, just from devs perspective there’s a tolerance between illegal and unharmed things.
But it depends also on the dev / publisher itself. So I can’t really answer those things unless you ask the publisher / dev itself

I dont support Elsword Executables beside official one, also I only provide Japan Voice Pack and Korean Voice Pack [On Request]

my elsword is connected to steam. it is a bit different, when you go into the elsword folder it has the launcher there by itself and another folder called data

Yo, the program worked fine for pretty much since I downloaded it, but now that Rose came out I wanted to change it to japanese. I put the data069.kom in the folder where the japanese voices are, and I put the spanish data069.kom in the backup folder. But when I change it, they change every single voice voice except for the Rose one, how do I fix it? (I play on ES server)

If not work at your version, try to figure out by comparing your server version with Elsword Japan version sound file

The Patcher is not moving an inch it just stays like that the only way I see to do this is to bypass the patcher. But I don’t know how to do that. And I already played before patching the voices so the client itself is working.

FYI. Change after the patcher gone = patcher bypass
On Official if you use your method, you just wasted you bandwidth because the patcher patch the different file.
Not different with the Private Server even though they dont have GameGuard
So, Try like official one then report back

Just do normal patch as usual [DONT TOUCH THE FILES, yet]
After the patcher just gone, click [Change] on the voice changer.
Also dont forget to use [Backup] first before you [Change] and [Restore] after you play the game

I have a small problem with the patcher at the moment. Every time I use after a previous session where I hit the restore button, It always has to download a few files again. I can give you the exact files if needed. I’ve checked my directories and such as well. Is there something I’m missing, or am I just skimming over something derpy :P

Did you use [Backup] first ? If you never use that one, the [Restore] never work properly as the issue that you describe

Ya, I did hit back up everytime after I finished playing. It was after I closed the application right?
I also have files in back up that are the most recent. I have a feeling my client is patching the wrong files and the patcher keeps picking up the wrong ones… I’m honestly not sure. Will experiment during weekends when I have time :P

Derp… Sorry. I messed up with my writing.
I do hit [Restore] after ever game session. It does seem to work to an extent, for not all the files have to be re downloaded.
I hit [back up] after every Wednesday update with fresh files from the original client (Load the game once with no mod, close it, hit back up).
Maybe I shouldn’t answer these questions at midnight

If the patcher show file like downloading, check your taskmanager if those really download
Sometime I ever seen the patcher like downloading but not really “downloading” just sort like checking

Ok… Funny story…
I went ahead and re entered the files. I continued the tests again… But now it works correctly for some reason?
While I was testing out if my game was downloading through the wifi with task manager and such (I was coming up positive, with Elsword.exe using wifi and not just scanning), the voice patcher crashed…
I then proceeded to open it again and it had lost the connections to the files for some reason
…Welp! Problem solved by fluke application crash!

I am currently a void elsword user. Since their last update they changed their default voice from jp to kr. So I tried to use the newest jp voice pack, but the client keep gives the error “Kom file loading failed” after I bypassed the launcher. I think this is because they have a different format of kom files. So my question is: Is there any chance that you can make the jp voice pack the same as their kom files? I can provide their kom files. Thanks.

That doesn’t work. I even tried to unpack their file and repack again using the newest KOM utility and that error still pops out. I think that they have a different kom format as void elsword still don’t have diabla yet

Or they have slipped some major file that needed to load on those kom (Elsword IDN use this trick method)

As far as i saw, its same. Just on checksum / filetime were different
Unpack their file -> unpack jp kom file -> move and replace jp file to their file -> repack -> try to use

It is me again. I really want to use jp voice so I tried to hex-edit the kom files again and somehow I found the difference: The repacked kom file have a different arrangement compared to void’s kom file like this: http://imgur.com/a/71hX1 (left repacked right void). I think that causes the problem. Is there any way to rearrange the kom file to make it the same as void’s?

So this problem seems like more complicated then I thought :( I don’t think I can fix it without any programming knowledge now so I will try to get used to kr voices until miracle happens. Void have a weird kom packing method, cannot even open the game with unpacking and repacking the exact same file. Sorry for taking the time.
