She’s handle Closers HQ, usually only give main story quest

+ Mashiro Uzuki 「マシロ・ウヅキ」 | Storage NPC

She’s the best girl on Closers
No doubt
Joke aside, She’s the Storage NPC that you can store your precious item on safe place

+ Enari Shinoda 「エナリ・シノダ」 | Healing Item NPC

She’s selling HP and MP Potion
Note : Although you can buy from Mashiro on CLEAR DUNGEON scene

+ Reiji Washizuka 「レイジ・ワシヅカ」 | Armory (Core/Module/Shield) + Black Market (Market Board) NPC

He’s the one who sell basic equip like core, module, and shield. Also you can access Market Board from him.

+ Raina Ikurumi 「ライナ・イクルミ」 | Map Changer / City Portal NPC

She’s used for travel / teleport from one city to another city obviously for different dungeon access
She’s maniac with engine though
